This Privacy Policy describes how Play Glimpse LLC ("PlayGlimpse", "we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit playglimpse.com or engage us for services. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (for example when you email us, book a call, or become a client) such as your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to share in your message.
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. We use Plausible, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers, and the visitor analytics built into our hosting platform, Lovable. We also count clicks on outbound links, such as our booking page, and taps on our phone number. These are aggregate counts and are not linked to you as an individual.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver services you have requested.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small set of trusted providers to run our business, including hosting, email, scheduling, and analytics. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function.
Data retention
We retain client and project information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
